Cucumber Apple Kiwi Smoothie


We all know getting our greens can often be a difficult task, especially for picky kids!

Well I’m here to finally change that.

Healthy and hearty, sweet and sour. This green smoothie will pack a unique flavor punch, bringing some sour to your typical sweet drink.

If you’re using fresh fruits, I recommend freezing these before-hand to bring a consistent texture to your smoothies.

It’s time to stop fearing the green with this tasty drink that’s chock full of healthy vitamins that we often neglect, being high in fiber, Vitamins A, C and potassium.

Cucumber Apple Kiwi Smoothie

  • 1 Apple
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Kiwi, peeled
  • 1 Cup Spinach stuff that cup full!
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 3/4 Cup Water


  1.  Add Spinach, Lemon juice, Lime juice and Water to blender. Blend until all chunks are gone so that it looks like colored water.

  2. Add sliced Apple, peeled Kiwis and Cucumber.

  3. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes. Add more water if necessary to reach desired consistency.

  4. Enjoy!
